Victim identified in SE Portland shooting

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police have identified a man shot and wounded Sunday night in southeast Portland.

Portland police said 23-year-old Justin Fennern was shot at around 9:15 p.m. Dec. 2 near an apartment complex on SE 148th Avenue. When officers arrived, Fennern was already en route to a nearby hospital in a private car. He was then taken by ambulance to a different hospital for treatment.

Fennern's injuries are not considered life-threatening.

There is still no suspect information available regarding the shooting. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call PPB assault detectives at (503) 823-0400.
