PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Forty restaurants around Portland are donating a portion of their sales Wednesday to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.
It's called "Dine Out PDX." Participating restaurants will donate between 10 and 20 percent of their sales Wednesday to the Red Cross to support people affected by October's superstorm. Funding will help provide food for people who have lost their home.
The local effort will also raise money for New York restaurants struggling to reopen after the damage caused by the storm.
Dine Out PDX posted the list of participating restaurants on its Facebook page.
