A Portland man has been reunited with his dog after police say a man stole her from a North Portland bar.

Joel Sprenger, 28, says he left his Siberian husky named Tuesday tied up outside the Kenton Club on North Kilpatrick street on Friday night, but when he went out to check on her, the dog was gone.

Officers reviewed surveillance video from the club and saw a man untie Tuesday, sit with her and then walked away westbound on Kilpatrick Street.

On Saturday, Portland Police received a call from Vancouver, WA, from someone who had Tuesday at their home.  The caller said a family member brought the dog to the house and left it.

That led police to the home of 47-year-old Aaron David Delagarza, where he was arrested on one count of theft in the first degree.  He is expected to be arraigned today.

Portland Police drove to Vancouver to pick up Tuesday and give her a ride back to Oregon, where she was happily reunited with her owner.
