CLACKAMAS, OR (KPTV) -
Clackamas firefighters called out a second alarm after arriving at the scene of Tuesday's deadly shooting at the Clackamas Town Center.
The second alarm was called out after the initial response included one engine and one ambulance. The situation was upgraded after more details were released about the investigation.
Two people were killed before the shooter turned the gun on himself, according to deputies.
Clackamas Fire District #1 eventually called out 22 fire units, along with several American Medical Response Ambulances. Life Flight also landed in the parking lot of the Clackamas Town Center.
One victim who survived was taken to Oregon Health & Science University in an ambulance. She was in serious condition at the hospital Tuesday night.
