PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Portland City Council members voted in favor of a new parking plan for Northwest Portland. The plan calls for parking meters from NW 20th to 24th Avenue and from West Burnside to Pettygrove.
If you live in the area, you can buy a parking permit for $60 a year that allows you to park overnight except on NW 21st and 23rd Streets.
There will also be a three-hour parking limit in the surrounding neighborhood, unless you have a permit. Parking hours will be enforced Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
