PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Police are trying to track down a woman who stabbed another woman in southeast Portland and took off.
Portland police said it happened at 9 p.m. Thursday on Southeast 174th Avenue, just south of Stark Street.
Officers arrived and found the victim with a stab wound. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, told police the suspect walked up to her and stabbed her without provocation.
The suspect is described as a woman, unknown race, 5'7" tall with a stocky building and wearing all dark clothing.
A K-9 unit searched the area, but did not locate anyone matching that description.
