Almost impossible to find throughout the 1980s and 90s, St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram has brought this classic ingredient, with flavors of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, back into the repertoire of craft bartenders. This makes it the perfect cocktail to impress your guests at a vintage inspired party.
In a champagne flute, combine:
.5 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
.5 oz Flor de Cana 7
.5 oz simple syrup
Top with Bubbles, garnish with a lime twist, Enjoy!
