FOREST GROVE, OR (KPTV) -

Detectives with Forest Grove police, Tigard police, and Keizer police made a third arrest Monday related to the November 2011 murder of Luis Guzman.

Police arrested 32-year-old Marco Saldana of Keizer on a warrant of perjury. Saldana is not facing a murder charge in the case.

The killing happened Nov. 14th in Forest Grove, and residents reported hearing gunshots on the 2200 block of B Street. Police later found Guzman dead.

Forest Grove police arrested 19-year-old Niaz Mohammed Khoshnaw, of Portland, in March of 2012 on a murder charge in connection with the case. On Dec. 20, police arrested 33-year-old Daniel Serna of Salem on murder charges and tampering with a witness.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are not releasing the motives for each suspect. They have not elaborated on what led to Saldana's arrest.
