CORBETT, OR (KPTV) -
Oregon State Police are investigating a reported stabbing and assault of a truck driver at an I-84 viewpoint.
The truck driver stopped in the westbound viewpoint along I-84 east of Corbett when two men approached him.
The driver said one of the men pulled a knife and assaulted him causing minor wounds to his hand, lower arm and stomach.
The suspects left westbound in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle similar to a Ford Explorer and is said to be "lowered."
Not much suspect information has been released at this time other than one is said to be a white man, and the other suspect is described as either a Hispanic or Indian man.
The victim was taken to Mt. Hood Medical Center for treatment.
