Two teens whose truck got stuck in the snow are safe thanks to Clackamas County deputies.
The 17-year-olds called for help Thursday night after they got stuck heading down Goat Mountain to Helen Lake, in an area between Estacada and Colton.
Deputies said the teens stayed in contact with searchers throughout the night, but sought shelter inside the truck. At about noon Friday, rescuers made their way to the teens on ATV's and brought them to safety.
The truck was not equipped with tire chains, or a shovel.
