PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
The State Medical Examiner's Office has identified a man found dead in Johnson Creek on Saturday.
He's 31-year-old Roger Shaw, of Portland.
The Medical Examiner's Officer says he had a history of drug addiction and mental health issues.
Someone living in an apartment complex near 92nd Avenue spotted the body.
Investigators have not said how he died, but say it's not suspicious.
