PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
NFL star Ndamukong Suh settled out of court for a lawsuit seeking $1 million over an early morning crash in downtown Portland.
The lawsuit filed by a passenger in the car alleged Suh, who plays for the Detroit Lions and is a graduate of Portland's Grant High School, lied to police after crashing his 1970 Chevy Chevelle on Dec. 3, 2011.
It happened at 1 a.m. on Southwest Third and Burnside.
Police did not open a criminal investigation.
The case was officially dismissed on Jan. 3. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
