WASHINGTON COUNTY (KPTV) -
Washington County deputies are investigating a reported assault in an unincorporated area of Beaverton.
They say it happened along Southwest Doyle Place around 10 a.m.
The woman suffered injuries that were serious enough for her to be taken to a hospital, investigators told FOX 12.
Her condition is currently unknown.
Authorities are searching the area for her attacker.
At this time, deputies have not released any information about the suspect or a description of that person.
The assault sent Beaver Acres Elementary School into a brief lockdown, which has been lifted.
Deputies said they are investigating whether the assault may be a case of domestic violence.
