American flag stolen from Tualatin restaurant

TUALATIN, OR (KPTV) -

Someone stole Old Glory from a Tualatin restaurant.

Tualatin police were called to Wendy's at 7663 S.W. Nyberg St. on Thursday. The manager of the restaurant reported an extremely large American flag was stolen from outside the business.

The crank mechanism used to raise and lower the flag on its pole was damaged during the theft.

Police don't yet have any details on a potential suspect.
