Local man arrested in 23-year-old murder case

BEAVERCREEK, OR (KPTV) -

A Beavercreek man has been arrested in connection to a 23-year-old murder case.

Charles Clark, 74, is suspected in the 1990 killing of Kathleen Witkowski in Tustin, CA. He was arrested by Clackamas County sheriffs and Tustin police Wednesday.

Clark is being held in the Clackamas County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Orange County, CA.

Even though police suspect Clark in the murder, they are still seeking tips related to the crime. Those with any information are encouraged to contact the Tustin Police Department at 714-573-3250.
