LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

Two men have been arrested after Lebanon police responded to a burglary call on Osprey Way.

Police say they received a call from a homeowner that claimed her door was kicked in and house was ransacked.

When officers arrived, they say they saw a man, later identified as Rusty Ray, running away from the property.

After further investigation, police say they found a suspicious car with California plates.

Investigators found Ray driving the car and a passenger identified as James Miller.

After speaking with witnesses, Lebanon police say both Ray and Miller planned to burglarize the house.

Ray and Miller have been arrested. All the property stolen from inside the house was recovered and returned to the homeowner.
