GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -
Police responded shortly after midnight to a home in Gresham where a man was reportedly shot. The man died later at the hospital.
It's unclear whether the man shot himself or if someone else pulled the trigger. No one has been arrested as a result of the shooting.
A Gresham Police spokesman says someone in the home in the 1600 block of Southwest Orchard Avenue called 911 just after midnight Saturday morning and told the operator about the shooting.
Police arrived to find Jeffrey Dennehy, age 23, with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Oregon Health Science University. He died at about 3:30 a.m.
Detectives are still investigating the incident, and say that everyone in the home is cooperating with police.
