Oregon State Police Troopers are investigating a three car crash that killed one person.
It happened Saturday night on Highway 22W South of Highway 18 in heavy fog and icy conditions.
Marcos Luz, 41, of Woodburn, was driving westbound on Highway 22W near Red Prairie Road when he traveled across the centerline and collided with 69-year-old Clifford Fagaly's vehicle. Fagaly's car landed in a ditch, Luz's vehicle stopped in the westbound lane, and that's when we was hit by 51-year-old Lonny Bryant's car.
Fagaly was pronounced dead at the scene.
Passengers of the other cars were all taken to various hospitals.
OSP Troopers from McMinnville and Salem offices are investigating.
