PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A local high school basketball team had won 11 games so far this season, but their record now shows zero wins and 15 losses.

The Oregon School Activities Association said Roosevelt High School boys' varsity basketball team has forfeited all games they've played this season.

Investigators said the team used an ineligible player, but the OSAA did not release any further details or identify the player.

Portland Public Schools said Roosevelt administrators do intend to appeal the ruling and are hoping for a decision this week.

According to MaxPreps.com, Roosevelt was 11-4 overall with a 3-1 league record before the forfeits. The site listed the Roughriders as the 19th ranked team in the state.

The school is now listed as having a record of 0-15 on the season on the OSAA website.

The team is set to play again tomorrow night against Franklin.
