SALEM, OR (KPTV) -
A fifth person is facing charges as part of a fraud investigation in the Salem area.
Four people were arrested Jan. 16 outside the Walmart at 5250 Commercial St. SE.
Lisa Diane Jones, 41, is charged with forgery, ID theft, criminal possession of a forgery device and computer crime. Carol Cleveland, 51, is charged with forgery and ID theft. Lloyd Bogle, 53, is charged with forgery.
Salem police said those three suspects live together on Enchanted Way in Turner.
At 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Salem police SWAT team served a search warrant at that same address and cited and released Wayne Newman, 50, on forgery and theft charges.
A mugshot is not available for Newman.
Billy Garmin, 29, was also arrested on a parole violation as part of the case.
Police said the investigation is continuing.
