A 28-year-old convicted felon who posted an ad on social media in hopes of selling his guns has been booked into jail.
An undercover officer had been in communication with 28-year-old Kyle Culley after the ad was posted. Police then raided a home in the 8400 block of Southeast Insley Street on Wednesday in connection with the investigation.
Officers seized three rifles and one handgun from the home, and arrested Culley on four counts each of felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
The Portland Police Bureau's gun task force served the search warrant about 8 p.m.
The case will now be presented to the U.S. Attorney's Office to determine whether Culley should face federal charges.
