ODOT work will result in weekend lane closures on I-5, Fremont Bridge

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

The Oregon Department of Transportation will perform night work requiring lane closures on I-5 and the Fremont Bridge this weekend.

The first closure begins Friday, Jan. 25 on the lower deck of the Fremont Bridge. The left three lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Saturday. If work is not completed by then, crews may close the same lanes again Saturday night.

The second closure begins Saturday, Jan. 26 on I-5 at Brier Place. The northbound right lane will be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday through 6 a.m. Sunday. Crews will be replacing a damaged attenuator barrier.
