An off-duty Portland Police Detective ended up getting arrested for DUII, after being pulled over in Government Camp.
Deputies said on Jan. 27 at 1:50 in the morning, a green Acura was stopped for a registration violation.
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said detective Darrell Miller was behind the wheel.
After completing all tests that were requested, he was taken into custody for DUII.
Once he got to the Sandy Police Department, deputies recorded a .09-percent blood alcohol level after a breathalyzer test.
Miller was then cited and released with a court date of Feb. 26 in Clackamas County Circuit Court.
Deputies reported him being polite, professional and cooperative.
During the investigation and internal review process, Miller will have an off-street assignment with the Telephone Report Unit.
