PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
The next time you need that caffeine fix at the Portland International Airport you will have a new option to try.
Starbucks held a grand opening for their fifth and latest branch on Monday. This unique branch was created with a special Portland theme. The shop was made with sustainable materials and was designed to pay tribute to the ambiance of the industrial Pearl District in Northwest Portland. Designers weaved themes of industry and aviation all over the store, including an airplane wing mounted on the wall.
To celebrate the grand opening, crews made Frappucinos for customers with a one-of-a-kind bicycle powered blender.
The new branch is located on Concourse C.
