Isaiah Schwebke
PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A prolific tagger will spend one year behind bars for violating provision of his graffiti related probation.
Isaiah Schwebke, 33, caught the attention of Portland Police Bureau graffiti investigators when they saw evidence of personal moniker plastered on private properties in Wilsonville and Tigard, detectives said.
Schwebke recently began targeting locations outside of the City of Portland after he was placed on probation in Multnomah County in 2009 for a graffiti related arrest and conviction, officers told FOX 12.
Over the last 15 years, he's been linked to graffiti incidents in Oregon, California, Washington, Georgia and Alaska.
On Friday, a Multnomah County Circuit judge sentenced Schwebke to one year in jail, extended probation and $2,300 in restitution.
