BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -
Beaverton Police have released a new clue that they hope will lead to the capture of a hit-and-run driver.
A driver hit and killed 18-year-old Harley Rocher along southwest Laurelwood Avenue in Beaverton last month. Police now say crime lab reports of glass found at the scene show it came from a car's windshield.
The findings lead detectives to believe that the impact of the crash damaged both the windshield and passenger side of the car that hit Rocher.
Investigators released a photo of teal or turquoise-green paint from the car that was left on the victim's clothing.
Anyone with information about the crash should call Beaverton Police.
