Hillsboro police released a sketch of a man Thursday who robbed a man and a woman in Dawson Creek Park on Christmas Eve.

Officers said the victims were on a walk together when two men attacked them.

The man was knocked to the ground after he was hit on the head with a metal pipe-like object, police said.

He was also kicked repeatedly after he was down on the ground.

Police said the robbers also knocked the woman down during the attack.

They got away with a purse, a wallet and a cell phone.

Both suspects are described as Hispanic men, 20 to 23 years old.

The suspect depicted in the drawing is described as 5'6" to 5'7" tall, with shaved or very short hair, clean shaven, with a "husky" build and dark eyes.

He wore a black hooded sweatshirt and bandana, which fell off during the fight, police said.
