GLADSTONE, OR (KPTV) -
A fire that began outside of a small home in Gladstone wound up spreading to the inside of the house, prompting the residents to evacuate.
Fire fighters responded to the call just before 6 a.m. on South Gloucester Street.
Three people, including two women and a 9-year-old boy, got out of the home safely. However the extent of the fire damage rendered the home unfit for occupancy, and all three were displaced.
Monetary damages were still being assessed. The cause of the fire was still under investigation.
