Portland State University is investigating a report of offensive touching that happened on campus Monday afternoon.
The victim said it happened at 12:50 p.m. on the north side of the Engineering Building on Southwest Fourth Avenue.
The woman said a man restrained her while he made sexually suggestive comments and rubbed against her.
The victim described the man as a white man in his late 20s, about 6' tall, with stocky build and a scruffy beard.
The Campus Public Safety Office is urging extra caution following the incident, asking that students be vigilant and aware of their surroundings.
Students are urged to call 911 or the Campus Public Safety Office at (503) 725-4404 if they notice any suspicious behavior.
