Missing SE Portland woman with dementia found safe

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland police have located a woman with dementia who was considered missing.

Officers put out a call for the public's help Thursday evening to track down Len-Hsing Wan. She was last seen leaving her home on the 2600 block of Southeast Grant Street Thursday morning.

Because of her medical conditions, there was concern for her safety when she did not return home.

At 5:35 p.m. Thursday, police said she had been found safe.
