Semi-trailer with crab pots overturns

YACHATS, OR (KPTV) -

A semi-truck hauling empty crab pots overturned on Highway 101 about 10 miles south of Yachats.

It happened Wednesday at about 11:45 a.m. Oregon State Police say the truck overturned while the driver was negotiating a curve. The driver, Nick Nichols, was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.

The highway was closed down to one lane for about four hours while crews cleaned up.
