WOODBURN, OR (KPTV) -

An owner of a Woodburn towing company is being accused of rape by an employee.

Marion County deputies arrested 61-year-old Micky Henson back on Feb. 28. They said the victim reported being in Henson's pickup truck on Feb. 17 while en route to a remote area near St. Paul.

She said he stopped his pickup and grabbed her as she struggled to break his grip, according to a probable cause court document.

The woman said she screamed at him to stop, but Henson didn't, according to the sheriff's office.

A deputy interviewed Henson, who initially denied having sex with her, but then said the sex was consensual, court documents said.

Authorities took Henson into custody one day after he was involved in a crash on River Road.
