PITTSBURGH, March 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- United Lender Services, Corp (ULS), a National Title and Settlement Services and Appraisal Management Company, is pleased to announce the addition of four executives to their management team. Paul Martin, Director of Risk and Compliance; Jim DiGregory, General Counsel; Wes McDaniel, Chief Appraisal and Matt Proffitt, Branch Manager and Escrow Officer of the Texas branch.
Paul Martin previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Compliance and Operational Risk Management at Bank of America. While there he designed and implemented a comprehensive Federal and State compliance measurement strategy to assess the quality of the business' response to regulatory requirements. Paul holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering from Cranfield University.
Jim DiGregory previously held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at the Glimcher Group, Inc., where he prepared loan financing packages and negotiated and closed numerous commercial loans. He also has experience in loan underwriting and negotiation, title review and clearance and commercial acquisitions and sales. Jim holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Union College.
Prior to joining ULS, Wes McDaniel served as Director of Appraisal Valuations for CoreLogic Valuation Services, which spun off from First America Corporation. Wes also served as the West Division Manager for Bank of America's residential appraisal department for 17 years. While working there he earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt. Wes holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.
Matt Proffitt has nearly 15 years of experience in the title industry, including examination, residential and commercial closing, training and management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas of San Antonio. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Development Program of Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
