Aubrey Cleland's Idol dreams still alive

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

American Idol fans may be able to see Aubrey Cleland on tour this summer, after all.

The local favorite from West Linn was eliminated last week, but still has a chance to snag a spot on the American Idol tour. Cleland sang her heart out in a faceoff against Charlie Askew on Thursday night, and is looking for enough votes to get her on the tour bus.

Fans can vote for their favorite singer on the American Idol website. The results will be announced March 20.
