The brush along the highway 101 in the Bay City area is getting a trim, and not everyone is happy about it.
A viewer sent Fox 12 and email saying the work is making the view ugly.
We asked ODOT about the project. The agency says the trees are causing visibility problems, and because its been years since that area has been worked on, the work is attracting some negative attention.
A spokesperson admits that it's not pretty, but workers plan to go back and prune many of the limbs to make it look nice again.
