PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police have released a composite sketch of a man who they said sexually assaulted a woman inside her home last week.

Sometime during the day on March 20, police said the man pushed his way into the home in the area of SE 174th Avenue and Division Street.

The intruder was armed with a knife, and police believe he may have been stalking the woman before the attack.

"It put me in fear, and I'm going to break out my personal artillery and be ready to defend myself," said neighbor Kim Munden, who carries a taser in her purse. "I don't know what his choice of victims is, but being that I'm female, I'm going to be ready."

At the time of the attack, the suspect was wearing a black "Northface-style" jacket with a hood and a dirty white t-shirt. Police said the suspect may smoke cigarettes and either work or live in that area.

Anyone who believes they have information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to call police.
