PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Fox 12's most wanted attacked a woman in north Portland after asking her for money and food.

Police released sketches of the man.

He has a shaved head in the back with a unique quarter-inch strap of hair that is pulled into a braid.

Police said just after midnight on Tuesday morning, a panhandler pushed the woman down, threatened to sexually assault her, then punched her in the face.

All the while he acted as if he had a gun in his pocket.

The woman was able to defend herself and the man ran off.

The suspect is described as a male, Hispanic or Pacific Islander, in this 30s, about 5'5" and approximately 170 to 180 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing a white sweatshirt and black pants.

If you recognize him, call Portland police.
