PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man who police say broke into a woman's home with a knife and sexually assaulted her is expected to face a judge today.

Police say Adam DeCamp Duus, age 28, was arrested Saturday night. The details leading up to his arrest have not been released.

Police says the assault occurred during daylight hours March 20.  That's when the man, unknown to the female resident, forced his way into her home in the area of Southeast 174th and Division.

Police say he may have stalked his victim before he attacked her.

Detectives had formulated a composite sketch of the possible suspect.

Duus is facing charges of rape, kidnapping, burglary, coercion, unlawful use of a weapon and sex abuse.
