Update: MT Amber Alert canceled, child reportedly found safe
PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Through early Sunday morning, an Amber Alert out of Montana stated that a toddler believed to be in danger was in a vehicle that might have been heading to Washington State.
The Amber Alert has been canceled, and authorities say the child has been found safe. The details about how he was found have not been released.
The public was being asked to keep an eye out for a 1994 white Chevrolet S10 pick-up truck with Montana license plates 771282A. The vehicle description originally released was that of a Ford Focus with Washington license plates, but it changed later in the morning.
Authorities had reported that a 1-year-old boy named Brayden Blasius was abducted by his non-custodial parents in Kalispell, MT. The child was believed to be in danger and the suspects were considered under the influence of drugs.
The two suspects, identified as Beau Blasius, age 28 and Bryndi Gibson, age 23, were believed to be heading to Chehalis, WA.
