PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A number of Portland food carts will donate 30 percent of all sales on April 30 to treatment and rehabilitation of victims of the April 15 bombing at the Boston Marathon.

The collected proceeds will go to aid The One Fund. The following carts will be participating:

Tal Caspi, owner of Gonzo and coordinator of the event, created the April 30 fundraiser as an easy way for Portlanders to assist those in need while enjoying some of their favorite area food carts.

Seeing the opportunity to bring the community together to help out, Caspi said, "This is the least we can do for the victims of this tragedy."

Caspi's cart, serving Israeli falafel, is located outside Base Camp Brewing Co., along with another participating cart, Pizza Box, which specializes in wood-fired sourdough pizza.

Wolf and Bear's, another middle-eastern falafelry, has locations on Mississippi and Belmont.

Fried Egg I'm in Love focuses on "blue-collar breakfast sandwiches" in the Hawthorne neighborhood.
