PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A married Oregon couple is facing charges after authorities say they helped two people accused in a three-state killing spree.

Police said Corey and Kimberly Wyatt bought a gun for David Pedersen, then later helped him and his girlfriend, Holly Grigsby, escape.

They are charged with conspiracy and failing to report a kidnapping and murder.

Investigators said Grigsby helped Pedersen kill his father and step-mother, Oregon teen Cody Meyers and a California man in 2011.

Both have pleaded not guilty.
