SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

Salem police are searching for a man accused of a crime spree involving a home burglary, a car-jacking and a credit union robbery.

Police said Ricky Exe Jr., 33, has an extensive criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Exe is accused of breaking into a home in south Salem between June 13 and June 14 and stealing several guns, among other items.

At 2:30 a.m. June 15, police said Exe used a shotgun to order a driver out of a 2002 Ford Expedition and then stole the SUV.

On July 11, police believe Exe entered the Maps Credit Union, 1900 Hines St. S.E., and passed a note to a teller indicating it was a robbery. He got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Moments later, a witness reported seeing a man getting out of a Ford Expedition and taking off in a different vehicle a few blocks from the credit union. Police said the abandoned Ford Expedition was the same one taken in the car-jacking.

Exe is described as a white man, 6'1" with a thin build, brown eyes and brown hair. His hair may now be dyed, according to police.

If you know where Exe is, you're asked to call 911.
