Portland police are looking for a bike-riding robber who smelled of body odor and alcohol when he held up a Lents neighborhood restaurant.

Officers said a woman who works at Oliver's Cafe on Foster Road showed up for work, then briefly went back outside. That's when the bike-riding man rode up to her, turned her around and held a sharp object against her back.

He demanded money from the restaurant, the victim said.

Once he took an undisclosed amount of money, he got on his bike and left the area.

The victim was not injured during the robbery.

Police describe the man as white and 5'6" tall with a medium build. He wore a black rag over his face and dark clothes, plus smelled of body odor and alcohol.

Anyone with information is asked to call 503-823-0405.
