Police have released sketches of a man and woman accused of running down a pedestrian in Beaverton and taking off.
The incident began at 8:30 p.m. July 29. Investigators said the suspects and the victim had a verbal altercation in the street near Southwest Nadina Court and Lombard Avenue.
The victim walked away from the suspects' truck as the argument was still going on. Police said at that point, the driver ran into the victim with the truck's front bumper and then rolled his front tire over the man's chest.
The suspect drove off, heading west on Lombard Avenue. The victim survived after spending several days in the hospital.
The driver is described as a Hispanic man between 18 to 21 years old. He was 5'7" tall with a thin build and light-colored skin. The passenger is described as a Hispanic woman around the same age with reddish blonde streaks in her hair. She was petite in size, according to investigators.
Their truck was a blue Chevrolet Silverado with tinted rear windows and no canopy.
If you recognize them or know anything about this case, call Beaverton police at 503-629-0111.
