SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

Deputies are trying to track down a woman believed to have taken her daughter in a custody dispute.

Investigators say Sylvia Wilda may have 3-year-old Kasia Hall in Salem.

There is a felony warrant for Wilda's arrest for custodial interference, as well as a restraining order filed out of Clark County preventing Wilda from contacting the girl.

An order of assistance has been issued in Marion County, directing custody of the child be given to Kasia's biological father.

Wilda, 38, is 5'5" tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Her last known location was the Portland-Vancouver area, but deputies believe she may be in the Salem area now.

Kasia is 3'6" tall and 50 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

If you have any information about where they are, you are asked to call the Clark County Sheriff's Office tip line at 877-274-6311. All calls can remain anonymous.
