Hillsboro police, family and friends are asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing 28-year-old man.

Ryan Horn was last seen Thursday around 10 a.m. in Hillsboro.

According to a flyer being distributed by his family, he's believed to have headed west on Highway 26 from Hillsboro and his last cell phone activity was near Banks.

He's described as clean-shaven with dark brown, buzzed hair. He's 5'11" and weighs 185 pounds. Family said Horn was wearing dark skinny jeans and a dark gray hooded jacket when he disappeared.

His family listed the following destinations as possible locations for him:

  • North Fork Wolf Creek Road near Vernonia
  • The Vernonia or Banks area
  • Timber roads along Highway 26
  • Cannon Beach, Neakahnie Viewpoint, Newport and Cascade Head

Anyone with information on Horn's whereabouts is asked to call police.
