BATTLE GROUND, WA (KPTV) -

The teen who threatened to set off a bomb at Battle Ground High School was sentenced in court on Friday.

A judge sentenced Luke Love, 18, to one month in jail.

However, he was given credit for five days already served, and will spend the remaining 25 days on a work crew.

Love pleaded guilty last month to charges of making a bomb threat with intent to alarm and harassment with threat of bodily injury.

In February, a janitor found a bomb threat scrawled on a stall in a school bathroom. Students and staff were sent home that day.

Court documents show Love admitted to school security staff that he made the threat.

No bomb was ever found.

Love must also do 80 hours of community service.
