ALOHA, OR (KPTV) -

A local high school teacher accused of punching a teen during a road-rage attack pleaded guilty.

A judge sentenced Bruce Clevenger to probation. He also has to perform 100 hours of community service and go to anger counseling.

Back in April, the Liberty High School teacher told Washington County sheriff's deputies he got angry Alexander Hoang was driving too slowly on Southwest Johnson Street in Aloha. Clevenger sideswiped the teen, cut him off, then got out of his car and started punching him in the face.

The school district originally put Clevenger on paid administrative leave, but he has since resigned.
