Two people were hit by a car at a demolition derby near Ridgefield on Saturday.
It happened around 3 p.m. on private property east of Northwest 37th Avenue after a derby car driver lost control and crashed through a gap in the barriers. Investigators say it was a problem with the car's throttle.
The Clark County Sheriff's office says the driver was James Robbins.
Two men were taken to Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. A third person was hit, but declined treatment. Their names have not been released.
