PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A crash on the Interstate 5 southbound ramp to Interstate 84 eastbound caused significant delays in Portland Friday afternoon.

An Oregon Department of Transportation camera showed a dump truck with its front end  dangling over the edge of the ramp's guard rail.

ODOT officials said the dump truck driver ran over the rail and became stuck on the railing along the right side of the flyover ramp at around 1:20 p.m.

A tow company was called in to remove the high-centered dump truck.

ODOT bridge crews also responded to check for damage to the bridge. The scene was cleared and the ramp was reopened at 3:15 p.m.

The cause of the crash is under investigation and there is no word yet on any possible citations in this case. There are no reports of any injuries.
